Annual Hawaii State & Federal Tax Filings for LLCs
Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the appropriate tax filings for your LLC. Completing a sales/use tax registration or permit (where applicable), correctly reporting income to the state and federally, properly noting any withholdings, and paying any required fees will all be your responsibility as the owner of the LLC. The typical due date for both state and federal tax reports is April 15th.
